In just a few days from now the long awaited Dreamhack CPM Tournament in

Jonkoping will kick-off. Those of you who are interested in an in-depth preview of the tournament and its favorites can check out our DreamHack preview on Spawnluck.com.

Here is an extract:

"The four strongest players in the tournament appear to be fox, toxt3r, LuGia and pod1. As for the other Top Seeds it looks like ouzo and cubik won't be attending and tubo's attendance is still up in the air. However, the skill gap between the top4 and the rest of the competition seems to be rather big with tubo being the only one a bit closer"

its all relative to what you compare it to, i think LuGia is more 'aggressive' than toxter and fox ... then i guess you're right aggressive is probably an exaggeration, 'less passive' may be a better term :)

I agree but then again if dropping their worst / opponent's best map gives us closer games it's fine by me. Also there's no decider at DH so in order to win a match you need to be good in more maps than just one.

Yeah, I think removing one map is a good mode for games with a high tournament frequency, not for games that hardly get playing time.

someone who's typing vq3 player to win a cpm tournament with promode top players really has to know nothing about it. if fox dont practice, he will get pwned as much as he would pwn promode players in vq3 game. dunno how much he prac tho :)

i dunno who're top promode players now :D (lugia? pod1? dunno if you play or not, once i saw you looking for duel) but i know how it was at times when you or rat played ;) level now in theory *should* be higher than it was back those days, but in the other hand community is much smaller... :)
