Start Ventrilo.

When you can''t see it, right click it's entry in the taskbar and select move. do not move your mouse now.
Using your arrow keys, move left or right, just hold it down. it should move the window and eventually back to your screen.

Alternatively you can right click a blank area of the taskbar and cascade windows. that may work too.
