There are a few fundamental flaws in your argument.

The problem with this, as I see it, is that you give racist statistical kevlar; "I'm not a racist, I'm supspicious of black people because the statistics say I should be". Eventually, you get to the point where people forget it's about statistics and start ascribing it to the only obvious difference between us and them: the colour of our skin.

The best way would be to no longer quote statistics and instead look to the cause of the statistics, and quote that finding rather than the one that can be misconstrued. However, even a statement such as "Black people commit more crime because they are economically underpriveleged" can be turned by the racist mind: "Black people are underpriveleged because they lack the mental ability to succeed in western society" - However, this is a much easier argument to refute than one of statistics, and, indeed, is much more appauling to the man who holds no racist grudges.

That is why an argument of statistics is so cunning, it removes the base nature of racism and replaces it with math; it makes racist statements more palatable, and while it may not seem like racism at first, it will quickly turn into it.

Whether these people are protesting or not, what's relevant is that whichever way you look at it, black people seem to have a strong presence in this area.

I can just as easily argue that they are protesting against knife issues, because the subject is strongly related to the black community in the first place and therefore the community feel a greater need to address it. another example, uk industrial revolution, we had iron ore in the perfect location to process it into whatever we saw fit and economic freedom to develop the processing of iron ore, due to our location of having no immediate threat from enemies probably. china on the other hand had huge distances to cover to smelter the ore simply making it to difficult for an industrial revolution on the scale of britons.

Imagine a hypothetical situation where the entire world has been free of crime for more than 100 years. Not even so much as a handbag theft has occured. Thats another part of the erroneous idea some people have about violent video games, they think it will translate or generalize onto real human interactions. Thinking that people will play this game and then go out and commit crimes as the result. They do say though, that violent video games desensitize peopel to violence. But it doesnt take responsibility for people's actions though. The person was already predisposed to violence prior to the game--so it wouldnt be the game's fault.
