yeah I don't get it. I get faster dl's from filefront than anywhere else (usually in the 800kbps-1mb range)
What's the issue? Is it slower if I didn't live in US?

lol at u - i'm not disappointed, didn't even watch it. Just commented to share my thoughts about freestyle and because I was kind of hoping someone would recommend me some movie titles with runs.

i did read it and i knew it was freestyle, that doesn't mean i don't think defrag "runs" are more interesting :D

well done for a first movie!! Ignore all critics unless they actually make movies themselves.. Music was fine, i have a broader taste in music than some, if we only had the same genre of music in quake movies things would then be boring. Im sure there are alot of worse first attempts at quake movies compared to yours so well done again.

This statement lacks logic. It's not like I will change my opininon if I make my own movie. If a movie is shit then it will remain shit, even after I make one myself. A movie has to appeal to an audience not to the author's ego.

And people should stop with the 'it's my first time' excuse already. Just take the time to do some research before making a movie. There's plenty of tutorials out there.

P.S. I'm not judging this movie because I have not watched it yet.

If a movie is shit then I don't care how much effort has been put. There are many top-notch movies out there and even if I didn't know how much effort was put into making them I still would say that they rock. It really has no connection whatsoever.

Critic may be merciless but if you're afraid of it then don't post a movie in the first place. This is the internets. If a movie is good the vast majority will praise it. People shouldn't get discouraged from making movies because of hard criticism but learn from it. Maybe the next one will be properly researched before being made.

And really, the worse a movie is the less effort has been put into making it, so why should I praise a half-assed attempt?. You get what you deserve.

P.S. Again I'm talking in general not criticizing this particular movie.

But in regards to movie making , if I had two opinions from different people about a movie I had made, one opinion from someone that doesn't have a clue about movie making and another from someone who is highly adept .... I know which person I would pay more heed to.

your style of freestyle tricking is somehow a bit diffrent from what youre used to from current fs videos
of course there are always a few things that one has maybe already seen in some other video before but i like it alot

first time the music actually fit to what was going on.
i liked it.
fast trance stuff and then some guy spamming rockets in all possible directions just then to show off that he will actually bounce from one of them to the other, and all this shown with hectic camera movement...
best trick movie in a long time (except w3sp)
