GGPO SUPPORT!!!

Ponder author of GGPO is tournament director at Evolution Series
he will not add any game that has an online commercial alternative, because he doesn't want to upset Capcom and cut sponsorship or whatever.

next game on GGPO from CPS3 set will be Jojo's Bizzare Adventure and if we're lucky and he has a change of heart: SF3 2nd Impact (which is kinda sux compared to 3rd Strike, but still would be great)

I've heard FBA doesn't emulate CPS3 nearly as well as MAME, everyone I've been playing has been using MAME32++ 0.117.

I definitely think we'll get 3s on GGPO :)

I've only hosted games so far (although I'm fairly certain that doesn't matter) but it feels really really good, just the same as GGPO. Good fun :).

depends. i get about 50 ping to my friend when he hosts... and there is this very slight input lag which would almost go unnoticed in other games but in a game like SF, it makes me lose a lot since it fucks with my combos sometimes. we're about the same skill level so it seems to make a difference. i win a lot when i host so i'd say there is a ping advantage after all.

Whoa this version of FBA feels very good, very smooth. I've yet to try it on Kaillera though :)

If anyone wants to play, I'm usually on Reps EmuLinker Server (also got p2p).

Hmm, feels very choppy online.. one second it's perfect and smooth and the other it's like I've got FPS drops and the sound seem to drop out.

I'll play around with it some more though :)

yea i always play this with my friend online but i've only used MAME so far. will give final burn a shot.
