just a quick overview of my personal hopes for this year. not a lot of teams i really like in the playoffs this year :/

(1) BUF v. (8) NYI
i'd like to see the islanders win this one... but i just can't imagine them beating the damn sabres. but hopefully yashin/smyth can do something...

(2) NJD v. (7) TBL
NJD wins cuz of brodeur... the devils are so boring to watch :/

(3) ATL v. (6) NYR
don't like any of em. but the thrashers even less than the rangers...

(4) OTT v. (5) PIT
GO PENS! it's gonna be a close one though!

(1) DET v. (8) CGY
fuck calgary! kicked my avs out of the playoffs :< nad eventhough i'm an avs fan i like the wings... weird huh?

(2) ANA v. (7) MIN
i hope minnesota is gonna kick anaheim's ass!

(3) VAN v. (6) DAL
two crapteams... like i care.

(4) NSH v. (5) SJS
go sharks! i don't wanna see those mustard-colored predators jersyes anymore!

my personal final would be the penguins vs. the sharks. or maybe not the pens but the islanders? well... it probably ain't gonna happen anyway. buffalo is too strong this season... unfortunately :/

I was at the game they beat MTL, then I jumped in the air and almost hit my head on the roof when the Devils scored with less than a second left... and then I almost cried when Dubleieiwizicz made that poke check :(

down here they're selling tickets for like $5 before the game because they need people in there lol.
