I don't like how ddk seems to be hitting on the guest-commentators, like "you are not as professional as I am, do this now, do that, wait for my questions.." even though they're doing a god job, like stermy last Sunday. I guess it's a little difficult to coordinate commentating as a team, especially if you have always different persons at your side. It's not okay to show that to the audience, though. Or make the other person uncomfortable by throwing them off guard with questions. Stermy didn't care, he just enjoyed the Quake action, but you can feel if ddk is under stress, he just wants to perform best I suppose. He should relax a little, imho :)

But as far as I know Zoot couldn't fly to Milan every sunday because he had Uni early on Monday.

It's okay I have pretty thick skin! Plus it wouldn't be right if everyone enjoyed the work I'm doing. It's nice to see the other side of the coin and to see something that sparks criticism, it can only serve to help me in the long run (I hope :D).

Actually the duo in this last weekend was very bad. No good insight at all, just "Oh, look, nice rocket, what a rail, unbelievable, etc". I think that even someone following the event on the radio would have been upset.

yeah.. I have nothing against some period of "Omg holy shit did you see that, what's going on, I don't know whats going on, what is this game.." (credit: theAMAZINGins) when actually yourself sit in front of your screen and think exactly that. Provides potential for identifying with the caster :D (and nobody listens to it on the radio I believe..)

BUT well there may be viewers who have a more analytical mind who want insight, would be great to split roles then, one doing the "OMG"-Part and one trying to make sense of it, even if it may turn out to be impossible.

It is VERY rare when I think "wow" about something. :>

Afaik zoot was never hired by faceit. He could be there for a long time during his erasmus in Prague, but no that he is back he has the same problems of anyone else needing to manage his time among different things.

I like zoot and ins casts, i prefer the style, relaxed but excited. Has just the right amount of insight for me, why players have done such and such yet laughing about funny situations and getting excited at some amazing shots. End of the day I'm shit and after playing quake since 1997 i still don't get some of the stuff they do. Also find it difficult to just sit and watch normal demos now (and I did used to have gigs and gigs and watch pretty much everything back in the day) prefering to watch the vods on twitch or youtube, much more enjoyable.
