Russia CCCP vs Europe Fusion (Fixture)
Scheduled: Sunday 9th January 19:00CET

Last time CCCP and Fusion faced each other, it ended in a comfortable victory for Fusion. This time around it’s not the same CCCP though, as they showed with a strong performance in the qualifications, and Fusion might be a bit weakened with the absence of Lacsap. Neither of the teams has been really active lately, so it will be interesting to see which team that is in best shape. I would still hold Fusion as a clear favourite in this match, especially on DM3, but the other maps, DM2 and E1M2, should be more open and an upset might happen here as well.

Possible highlights:
- Sweden Nitram on DM3.
- Sneaky Russians.

Expected outcome: 2-0 to Fusion

Poland Easy to Kill vs Finland OJOJ VITUN HELPPO! (Fixture)
Scheduled: Sunday 9th January 19:00CET

We got ourselves an interesting matchup here with the Finnish all-stars facing the Polish machine & co. We might see all different kind of outcomes here, depending on the map. While Easy to Kill might not look THAT strong, they got in my opinion a very good DM2 lineup as usual for Polish teams, and it would actually surprise me if this map didn’t turn into a thriller. Still, OJOJ should be way too strong on both E1M2 and DM3, and I would be very surprised if Easy to Kill manages to take one of those maps away from the Finns.

Possible highlights:
- Old Finland CMF:ers fighting together on TB3. It could actually turn out to be 3/4 cMF:ers (Fifi, Fix, Hlt) in the lineup.
- DM2 upset (and maybe other maps?).

Expected outcome: 2-0 to OJOJ
