Here is the news I copy/paste'ed from www.fudzilla.com :

"In order to show some action from the new Street Fighter IV on PC, Capcom has released a new benchmarking tool. This legendary 2D fighting game has received a decent make over with redesigned characters and new environments rendered in stylized 3D, while the game retains the 2D look with a dash of 3D camera addons.

The rated minimum requirements are Windows XP, Pentium 4 2.0GHz or higher, 1GB of memory, 10GB of hard drive space, DX9 capable graphics cards with 256MB of memory and with support for Shader 3.0. The recommended requirements on the other hand goes to Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz CPU or higher, Windows Vista, 2GB of memory, DX9.0C/Shader 3.0 graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 8600 series or higher/ATI Radeon x1900 or higher) with 512MB of video memory.

The game is already available for PS3 and Xbox360 while the PC version is expected to launch on July 7th. We tried the benchmark on Phenom X4 940 paired up with HD 4850 graphics card and that setup gives you a score of 6915, or an average frame rate of 73.33FPS at highest settings and 1600x1200 resolution with 8xAA and 16xAF."

The Benchmark Tool is 397 MB big.

I have an 7900gs and on medium to high, i hit an average of 69 to 72 fps @ 1024x768

HF! :)
