Event: ESH QL Spring Cup
Esports Heaven Spring Cup 2014 has come to an end. On the next pages you can find match reports of all games that have been played in any of the game modes we ran (TDM, CTF, CA) alongside with VODs that were recorded and final standings.

TDM proved once again to be most popular game mode, with 18 signups, spread across 3 divisions and it had 7 dropouts from the league. All in all, it is considered success even though its evident that TDM numbers are in decline as well.

CTF failed with only 8 signups and 2 dropouts. Under normal circumstances cup would be canceled with this number of teams, but we decided to respect the teams that actually signed up and run the league after all. It was played in Double Round Robin format as playoffs weren't viable at all.

CA had solid 14 signups and only 3 dropouts from the league. It had two divisions and was followed by CA players regularly, so its also considered a success.

ESH will be back for Fall Cup 2014, while we are taking a break at summer. Big thanks to Germany doz3r (TDM admin), Netherlands cenix (CTF admin), Italy DePaS (CA admin), United Kingdom nVc (streamer), Sweden funnyb (streamer) , Sapphire (sponsor) and others who made this cup possible. After semifinals being played, we have come near end of TDM Spring Cup 2014, where final game will be played Monday 14:00 CDT, 23 June 2014.

Russia 102 gets disqualified from the cup, which puts Sweden nEu in 3rd spot, while Europe ukn and Europe e4 will fight for the first place in this cup. Final will also get streamed by nvc.

eSports Heaven TDM spring season is almost over - the div1 semi finals will take place today at 14:00 CDT. An exciting match awaits us between two well known QL TDM veterans, the Russian unstoppable force Russia Deliberate Murder and European hopefuls Europe EliteFour.

On the other side of the bracket we have swedish based Sweden [Neutralizerz], previous One Night Wonder champions that will try to take on Europe unknown. Second semi final will be played at 15:00 CDT.

First round of matches are upon us. Keep in mind that all matches can be rescheduled between teams if needed, but admins must be informed about it (matches can be played before the default date or after, in the next week the latest)! In case there is a valid reason for a team to ask for another date but enemy don't want to move the match, admin will resolve the situation.

Unfortunately, Sweden l0wfly decided to drop the cup, so all of their matches will be skipped. Check all upcoming matches for Round 1 below.

ESH Spring Cup 2014: Schedule and start (15 comments)

Cup start next week at Monday 21 April 2014. Designated match days for TDM, CTF and CA are Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday at 14:00 CDT respectively. Full schedule can be seen on cup pages below.

Important to mention is that CTF cup due to low number of signups won't have playoffs, instead whole cup will be played in Double Round Robin stage with 2 matches played vs each enemy. TDM and CA will have playoffs after the group stage as already anounced.

Signups have been closed and divisions have been set. There have been 18 signups for TDM, 8 for CTF and 14 for CA. We decided to go with 3 divisions for TDM and 2 for CTF and CA, even though number of signups for CTF is extremely low.

Any suggestions for (potential) division changes should be posted as reply in Main Cup Page for any cup in question.

There have been additional prizes provided for all 3 cups. QL Subscription Tokens (courtesy of SyncError of iD Software) and additional 2nd place prizes for TDM Spring Cup 2014, which will include 4x Razer Goliathus Speed LoL Collectors Edition.

Event: ESH QL Spring Cup
Esports Heaven announced Quake Live Spring Cup 2014 season today. This season will consist of 3 cups (TDM 4v4, CTF 5v5, CA 4v4), each of them in group stage + playoffs, Bo3 format, spread across multiple divisions. TDM cup will be sponsored by Sapphire, where winners will take home 4x SAPPHIRE R7 250 1GB GDDR5 WITH BOOST graphics cards. Additional prizes are yet to be announced.
