Looking at units sold, it does not seem to be a good time for futuristic shooters (e.g. COD:IW, Titanfall 2). Wouldn't it make more sense to set Quake Champions in the Quake 1 universe? Dark, bloody and messy? I think that's what people also liked about the new Doom. Make it the dark souls of fps.

I would like to thank ID software for their awesome work. Just let's go back to Quake 3 guys. It is not a surprise that a lot of players leave quake."

So warping is largely accepted in QL. The devs wont do anything about it and cups/leagues allow it. Shouldn't we all start warping to make it fair again? I'm talking about microwarps btw, that kind of warp that makes me feel like I got 20fps while my opponent has stable lowping. Or is there a secret trick I missed on how to make them appear smooth? At the moment I feel stupid, seeing players with stable ping 30 who didn't warp last month now hopping all over my screen. There is even a guide by someone fishy on the QL forums on how to set up a tool to produce warp.

Seeing my options I don't really know what to do:
1. Become a huge faggot like many others and start warping myself
2. Keep whining at QL devs and hope that they will fix warp (or make the warper really suffer from it)
3. Play something else
